We’ve made today’s release public so you can see some of what it is you’re missing if you’re only on a Sample Membership or not yet joined at all.

Today’s conditioning video gives you weightless alternatives for back, shoulder and bicep targeting. You can add these to any of the workouts we’ve already shown you, or any of your favourite workouts of your own.

The technical video is defense against a side kick and spinning back fist using garn sau and double tan sau to defend, then side palm strike to elbow, or harness to rear naked choke to counter.

We have noticed more and more of you are activating your Affiliate accounts. Please remember to add your PayPal email to your Affiliate profile. If you don’t do this, the link clicks will be recorded but not the sales! We want you to get paid! So please remember to add that email.

If you don’t know what the Affiliate Program is feel free to email me on info@redboatkungfu.com and I’ll answer any of your questions. Essentially, if someone joins RedBoatUni after clicking on your unique Affiliate URL you will recieve 20% of their subscription for the duration of their membership. If they become an Affiliate and have people join from their unique URL you also recieve 10% of that subscription for the duration of that membership.

You can just use your unique Affiliate link, or you also have access to banners that are encoded with your details ready to go for those with blogs and websites of your own. All this is available on your Affiliate Dashboard which is accessable on your Student Profile Page under your list of courses.
